As a Client Services Specialist and Wealth Management Assistant at Brendle Financial Group, I work across both the CPA and Wealth Management sides of the business, and I am well-versed in the unique processes and operational support each service requires. Since joining the financial services industry in 2017, I have dedicated myself to supporting our team in providing a consistent, exceptional service experience for our clients. In my role, I serve as a primary point of contact for both our clients and our team. I take pride in my ability to "change hats" as needed, managing numerous duties and responsibilities with ease. One of the aspects I enjoy most about my job is getting to know our clients and developing strong working relationships with them. I love being someone they can rely on for any question or need, no matter how minor. If a request falls outside my scope, I am dedicated to following through until the question is answered or the need is met.

I thrive on the challenge of finding new procedures or workflows to make everyone's job more efficient and enjoyable. I genuinely mean it when I tell our clients that I love what I do, and they are never a bother for even the smallest requests. On a personal level, I work with a wonderful team of people who are always willing to help each other. I deeply appreciate each of my coworkers and enjoy learning new technologies and navigating complex projects alongside them.

One of my strengths is my ability to respond quickly to clients' needs and anticipate what might be coming next to ensure everything runs smoothly. I take the time to get to know our clients on a personal level, genuinely caring about what is going on in their lives and with their families.

Originally from Tilton, New Hampshire, I now live in Walkertown, North Carolina with my husband, Marco, our son, Marcellus, and our oversized lap dog pit bull, Percy. In my free time, Marco and I collect vinyl records, and sometimes it feels like we have every vinyl ever pressed, but there is always more to discover! Our house is always filled with music, creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere that we cherish.
